September 3, 2002 Washington DC Post Washington, DC JEFFREY, Jean "Tommi" On Saturday, August 31, 2002, Jean Fitzwater Jeffrey of Alexandria, VA and Stuart, FL; daughter of the late Richard L. and Gertrude Archer Fitzwater; mother of Paige Schreiner and her husband of Tobey of Damascus, MD; grandmother of Carly Garrett and Mary Thomas Schreiner; stepmother of David Jeffrey of San Diego, CA and mark Jeffrey of Austin, TX; sister of Elizabeth Nixon of Cos Cob, CT and Ann Rathjen of Pleasantown, CA; also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jeffrey was known for her watercolor artwork. She was a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church, Alexandria, VA, Associate member of the Palm City Presbyterian Church in FL., and honorary twig member of Alexandria Hospital, a member of Friends of Hospice, the Elliott Museum and associated with the Tequerta Art Gallery. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2002, at the Westminister Presbyterian Church, Cameron Mill Road, Alexandria, VA at 3:30 pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be made to the Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie Counties for the Martin Memorial Cancer Center. Arrangements by the Olin L.
