August 24, 2002 Mobile Register Mobile, Alabama MOBILE COUNTY Cecil C. Fitzwater Cecil C. Fitzwater, a native of West Virginia and a resident of Mobile for the past 22 years, died Thursday at a local hospital. He was 72. Survivors include his wife, Hazel Fick Fitzwater of Mobile; two daughters, Sharon Fitzwater of Denver and Denise Thomas of Mobile; a son, Kim Fitzwater of Akron, Ohio; a sister, Ruth Borgese of Bridgeton, N.J.; a brother, Charus Fitzwater of Summersville, W.Va.; and three grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Three Notch Road, followed be a graveside service at 10 a.m. in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
