She has had some major health issues, and some major computer issues as well. She is now re-editing the book. As soon as her health permits, she will again print the book. Costs have also been firmed up. She says the soft cover book will now sell for $65 or so, plus shipping, and the leather will sell for $100 or so, plus shipping.
