I wasn't seeking this document, just tripped over it while pulling other records. Because I don't have a firm date of death, or proof that he died in Oregon (no proof at all), I cannot seek a probate file. For your questions, I would encourage you to seek your own copy and come to your own conclusions. My question was much simpler than this! Does anyone know when he died and where?
