I did some quick census search based on this family. And, from previous notes from this poster, I was made aware of the parentage of this Albert R. Fitzwater. This Albert R. Fitzwater was the son of another Albert R. Fitzwater, who was the son of Albert B. Fitzwater. 1900 census, Swanton, Garrett Co., Maryland; Albert B. Fitzwater; ED 87; SD 4; sheet 6A; page 6, dwelling 97, family 97. Albert B. Fitzwater, head, b. July 1857, 42 yrs old, M[arried] 19 yrs, b. MD (parents b. MD), Fireman; wife, Florence O., b. Sept 1859, 40 yrs old, M19 yrs, kids 8-7, b. MD (parents b. MD); dau. Clara G. b. Sept 1885, 14, b. MD; son, Albert R. b. June 1890, 9, b. MD; dau. Angie M. b. Aug 1892, 7; dau. Glenna E. b. Apr 1897, 3. This is on T623, roll 623. Fast forward to 1920 census. Brady, Clarion Co., Pennsylvania; Albert R. Fitzwater, ED 58, SD 18, sheet 18B, page 50, dwelling 29, family 35. Albert R. Fitzwater, head, 29, b. MD (parents b. MD), laborer; wife, Gertrude, 23, b. PA (parents b. PA); dau. Gertrude V. 3 8/12, b. PA; son, Albert Raymond (**the one we are seeking from original message), 1 8/12, b. PA. This is on T625, roll 1551. 1930 census. Portland, Chautaugua Co., New York; Albert Fitzwater, ED 91, SD 12, sheet 10A, page 96, dwelling 204, family 238. Albert Fitzwater, head, 38, b. MD (parents b. MD), Fireman; wife, Gertrude, 32, b. PA (parents b. MD & PA); son, Raymond, 11, b. PA (**point of our search); son, Alfred 8, b. PA; dau. Evelyn, 2 11/12, b. PA. This from T626, roll 1414. So, in the interest of helping this person find someone to *share *doing research with, if you descend from one of these lines, please write. This person would like to have a research buddy, not a pre-written book. They want the adventure of the hunt! If you can point out some helpful documents for this person to locate to help get them started, I'm sure it would be welcomed by them. Some of you have been told that I charge for lookups. It is true that I am a professional genealogist. It is also true that I give hundreds of hours of volunteer time each year to societies both locally and nationally. And for Fitzwater work? Nope, that comes as part of genealogy volunteer time! As a general rule, I don't do lookups either. I really don't have time for that.
