I have been in contact with Diana Kavanaugh and she said there might be a link between our FitzGeralds. My Ggrandfather, James Fitzgerald built a house on 29 mile Road between Gratiot and County Line Road in Lenox Township, Macomb County. His father's name was Patrick Fitzgerald and Patrick's brothers were Michael, James and David. I also have a distant cousin Lawrence Kilroy who was the travelling priest at that time doing numerous marriages. He would be listed as L. Kilroy.
