He showed me a report that you & your sister did up on your Family Tree in Plate Cove. It was noted that 3 Keough brothers came for Ireland and settled in Nfld, one at Plate Cove, another at Ferryland and the other went to Placentia. I am related to the Ferryland Keough's, and can trace the Keough's back to about 1800 to a Sylvester. Have you any confirmation /information about the Plate Cove/Ferryland connection? I noted on the Nfld Grandbank web site that a lot of Family names such as Keough, Furlong, Healey, Murphy, ect are found in both Communities. This makes me believe that there could be a connection.
