As for my Fitzgerald family search - my GrGrandfather, Lawrence Fitzgerald b. 1882 in Small Point, Nfld (Western Bay area); his parents names are Thomas & Eliza (King) Fitzgerald; Thomas' parents are James & Sarah (Whiteway?) Fitzgerald. The Fitzgerald name is found in many areas of Nfld - Western Bay/Bay de Verde; Harbour Grace & area; Bell Island/Holyrood/Conception Bay South; Placentia/Argentia area/ & St. John's area - to name a few. In my previous post, I noted other search sites to use as well.
