The Very Rev. John D. MacLauchlan performed the ceremony, which was followed by a small reception at the home of the bride's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Cyril N. Shaw. The bride was very lovely in her gown of white satin, fashioned with a neckline of rose point lace and long tight sleeves slightly puffed above the elbow. A rounded train extended from the skirt, over which fell her long tulle veil, which was caught to her head in a little cap by a row of orange blossoms. Her attendants, Mrs. William Ludden Horsfall, sister of the bride; Miss Lenore Peterson and Miss Betty Smythe, were gowned alike in satin frocks of a deep coral shade. Designed on empire lines, with short puffed sleeves and skirts that extended to the floor, they wore brown satin turbans with tiny veils and brown slippers to match. They carried shower bouquets of Talisman roses. At the reception, Mrs. Buell Blake and Miss Jane Horsfall presided at the supper table and those assisting were Mrs. Richard Lesh, Mrs. Cecil Henry Bacon Jr., Miss Naomi Moran and Miss Bernice Nudd. For traveling the bride donned a blue angora wool frock, with which she wore a black sealskin coat and black accessories. The young couple will be at home after November 1 at 1 West Highland Drive. Mr. Fitzgerald is a graduate of Oregon State College. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
