I looked back to your Email of 2009 and see you mean John Fitzgerald not John Herbert. I have not been able to get any further on my Fitzgerald's. The only other new info I have is a cousin to my gfather - John Herbert on 2/20/1882 m. Margaret Kennelly and the witnesses were John Fitzgerald & Mary Aherne.
