I have been told he came with two brothers (whose names we don't know) and arrived by ship at the port of Washington, La. He married Marie Celise Bergeron on 30 Nov. 1875 and died 4 May 1897. He is buried in Leonville, La. cemetery. He was taken in when he arrived by Louis Lalonde.
