I can help you with the Port Union info.It seems there was a flood at the bonavista church and a lot of the records were lost. The records they have are: A) Baptism's: 1843 to 1920. B) Marriages: 1844 to 1874 and 1935 to Persent. C0 Burials: March 6th,1941 to present. Fr. McCarthy is the parish priest, but, his secretary is in charge of the records.
