Dear List, I am searching for the name of a book on the Fitzgeralds and the Butlers. It is one of the most complete books on the early history of both families. It was the first book I bought on genealogy back in the 1960's. Need it to allow a fellow researcher what would be a treasure for them to have, as she has made a connection with the Butler family in the 1500's. Of course, the reason the book was written with the history of both families is that they intermarried so many times in the period of 1200 - 1600 that they were practically the same family.
