Other than knowing he came from County Tipperary, I'm looking for relatives of one of my GGGgrandfathers. I'm not sure whether my William Fitzgerald arrived in America, but his daughters Ellen and Bridget did and married two Bell brothers also from County Tipperary, William Edward and Nicholas John respectively and they settled in the Providence/East Greenwich area of Rhode Island. Ellen(Nellie) Marie Bell, daughter of Ellen(Nellie) Fitzgerald Bell and William Edward Bell married one of my Great-grandfathers William Edward Flanagan, their daughter Ellen(Nellie) Maria Flanagan married my Grandfather John Bernard Hagerty. This area some of you have related to "Burncourt, Civil Parish of Shanrahan, Barony of Iffa & Offa West" in County Tipperary, would this be a good place to start a search for my William Fitzgerald?
