I am interested in Thomas Fitzgerald, b. 1773 - 1777 possibly in Ireland. Died 1821 - 1829 probably in Plumcreek Twp., Armstrong County, PA. Married second to Isabella Unknown born in Ireland. I am from his son, Samuel S. b. 1811 in West Mahoning Twp., Indiana Co., PA. Samuel married Emma Hazlett.
The earliest Fitzgerald I am working on is Thomas, born 1773/77. His brother is Daniel b. 1771. Daniel married Margaret Green b. 1789, she was the daughter of William Green and Mary Huey (as per my notes.) My ancestor is Thomas married to Isabella Unknown. He died between 1821 and 1829, probably in Plumcreek Twp., Armstrong Co., PA. As per census records I have Isabella born in 1795. In the 1810 census, the unknown first wife, was born between 1765 and 1784. Is anyone working on this family ? Connie M.
Hi, I am trying to find where my great grandfather, Michael Fitzgerald was born in County Cork. He emigrated to England and married Ellen Gambon from County Waterford (would like to find town for her too!!), in 1857 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. They had three children there, Mary, 1858, James, 1860, and Catherine 1862, then immigrated to the U. S. Settling in Bloomington, IL. They had three more kids, Willie, 1866, Maggie, 1874, and Lizzie, 1876. On his marriage license, his father's first name is Edmund. He worked as a miner and a laborer. He died in Bloomington in 1909 and she in 1916. Anyone recognize these people? Thanks, Barbara Fuller Sent from my iPad Sent from my iPad
