Probably mispelled the word above but I am sure you will understand what I mean. Meantime I will check my own Fitzgerald records, if I see anything that connects to your Agnes will let you know.

They were married abt. 1833 and came from County Cork to the U.S. in 1850. At that time they had 5 sons and 1 daughter, Patrick (b- abt 1834 - d- 1898), John (b. 1836), William (b- 1840) and Daniel (b. 1844), Margaret and David. They lived near Bridgeton, Conn until 1857 when the family moved to Allamakee County, Iowa. During 1873 and 1874, their sons, Patrick, John, William and Daniel (and spouses) moved to Pocahontas, Iowa. Apparently, Margaret Fitzgerald married Thomas Reagan and stayed in Allamakee County. David Fitzgerald also stayed in Allamakee too. The parents, John and Margaret came to Pocahontas about 1879. I would appreciate any information that anyone has that can help me trace John & Margaret Fitzgerald's siblings and Irish roots.
