I am trying to track down my cousins Bobby (jr.) and Dave Fitzgerald. Last I knew they lived in Houston, TX. They lived in Chicago, IL for a number of years prior to that. Their father was my uncle, Robert Fitzgerald born in Vesuvius, VA, about 1925. He died sometime in the late 1980's. Mother was Peg (don't know her maiden name). They would be in their mid-40's now. I heard that Bobby may now live in south Florida as an architect or designer. All the aunts and uncles are now gone and my other cousins and sisters are trying to get the extended family back in touch with each other. Any information about these guys would be welcome! I have many old photos and stories to share with them. Thank you.

Thanks so much for replying to me. I was born May 19,1976 in Oklahoma City at Deaconess Hospital. My Mother remembers him as being very tall with darkish hair and very outgoing, the "life of the party". She didn't know how old he was, but later when she found out she was pregnant and tried to get contact with him, she got the impression that he was much younger than he claimed he was. So, I hope that will tell you something that might help. I have spoken with a man named Sidney Prideaux who was friends with the brothers, but mainly Patrick. He said he thinks that my father definately knew about my birth. I don't know if the brothers lived in OKC or what.....everything is a mystery, but your note has blessed me with hope. Thank you! I have a Mary Fitzgerald, born about 1856 in Ireland (most probably County Cork), father James W. Fitzgerald. Don't suppose this is the same as your Mattie??? Looking for parents/siblings, or whereabouts, of LAYTON (possible middle name York) Fitzgerald. Born 1805-09 in Va. Married an Elizabeth ?? born 1811 in Ky. All children born in Ky. 1. Mary Elizabeth 1832 2. Layton 1833-34 3. Nancy 1835 4. John 1837 5. Caleb 1839 6. James 1842 7. Elizabeth 1844 8. Georgia Ann 1847. My gg grandmother was Mary E. married George Colley 1848 in Stewart Co then moved to Trigg Co., Ky the remainder of lives. Layton married a Sarah Harkey in Trigg Co 1850's and disappeared. Georgia Ann married a George Shoemaker and lived in Trigg Co then lived in Paducah where she died in the 1920's. I have her death certificate. The obit states her brother James was alive at her death. The rest of the family I haven't got a clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Happy New Year Bette Beem

Hi, I am looking for connections to my gg-grandmother Margaret Fitzgerald bc 1831 in Queen's Co, or Rosscrae in Tipperary. Parents are John Fitzgerald and Julia (unreadable). Margaret possibly arrived in Australia as an Irish Orphan on the 'Pemberton' in 1849 into Port Phillip Bay in Victoria. She married Jeremiah Henry Marsden (from Lancashire, UK) on 15 February 1850 at the Parish of St. Francis in Melbourne. When Jeremiah died she married James Webster in Beechworth, Victoria.
