His name was Charles Evan Fisher date and place of birth Reardon,ILL. 10-10-1870. His parents names were Labin Fisher and Harriet Lovett. I know Charles ended up in Council Grove and dead in Topeka, Ks.among his children. Does anyone have any info. on any of this. I would appreciate anything.
