Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/YVW.2ACEB/3969 Message Board Post: I am looking for pictures and information on the brother of Nicholas Fisher, whos name is Cornelius Fisher born about 1849 married Phoebe Elizabeth Williams 1853, his parents were George and Mariah Hurley, I know my fisher line came from a Johann Sabastian Michael Fisher from Germany whos wife was Susanna, they were in N.Y. for awhile (came through the port there) in Joun of 1709 he went by the name of Sabastian and they went to Pa. for awhile where some of the ancesters are burried near Reading, Pa. and then my branch went to W.V. under the name of John Adam Fisher and went by the name of Adam, this Adam (there were at least two branches of Adam fishers in W.V. ours were in Hardy County.(later Braxton and Webster Counties) Let me know if anyone has information on this branch.
