I read your post and am also seeking info on my grandfather who was born in Buffalo, Putnam Co. WVA. He was born in 1882-85. I don't have his parents names, but was told his Mother's name was either Rachel or Rebecca. I have found him in the 1920 census on Ancestry.com, but can't read most of what it says. I have been wanting to go to the Family History Center here, but haven't found the time yet. My grdfather's name was Charles W. Fisher. Not sure whether it was changed from Fischer or not, but it's Fisher on my Mom's birth certificate. Do you have this name as any of the children of your line. Thanks, MJ McKinley
