Sent away for two wills on John Fisher - neither were what I believe to be family of mine but I thought I would share with list in case someone else is searching this name. In the name of God, Amen, I John H. Fisher of North Union Township, town of Monroe, Fayette County, Pennsylvania being advanced in age and feeble in body but of sound mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say I order that all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof I give to my son Andrew S[?] Fisher farm belonging to me situate and lying in Wharton Township, Fayette County, Pa. adjoining land of Jesse Brown's heirs and the Kingrun[?] farm, and containing hone hundred acres more or less, also one mare and colt, also my bedclothes and axe if he wishes to take them, all on condition that I receive kind care and treatment from him while I am living and from his family. And I give an bequeath to my son John W. Fisher my cook stove and all other house property not mentioned above. And I do hereby nominate and constitute Charles Seaton of Uniontown to execute this my will. In witness whereof I the said testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this 9th day of May 1885. x John H. Conner, Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of administration, in and foresaid county, came Mark M. Crabbs and Francis W. McCray subscribing witness to the foregoing Instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of John H. Fisher, deceased, who being duly sworn according to the laws did each depose and say that they were personally present and saw the said John H. Fisher sign by making his mar, and seal the foregoing Instrument of writing, and heard him declare the same to be his last will and testament, when of sound and disposing mind and memory, to the best of their belief.
