My William E. Fisher was born 1833 in Posey County IN but I am not sure where he died. I think it wouldn't be unreasonable to think it was probably Illinois as his family moved there from Indiana by 1850. His mother was Elizabeth Carter from Montgomery County, Ky and his father Jordan A.
