Dear Vanetta, I am unable to locate your email address and hope you receive this message;sorry we are unable to connect regarding my Mary Ann Fisher, however the Ayres family which you asked about are descended from David Ayres and Anne Cox Ayres of Uxbridge, England. They had six children David, Frederick, Alfred, Albert, Esther and Mabs.Albert emigrated to the U.S. via Canada circa 1900 and married Brigid Cunningham in N.Y. state circa 1917.I am not sure that this is the family you want. I did see a portrait of a Lydia Ayres in a church in Bristol, England and please note that my husband spells his name as Ayres and not Ayers. Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.
