He was going to the Oregon territory and was reported dead on Aug 1853 in the Oregon Territory. Wife named Lovina, had several children,including Charlotte Anne,Joseph,Lovina F, Charles Franklin,Mary Angeline, and Emily Jane Fisher. Later records show some of the family in Douglas County, Oregon. I am trying to find the maiden name of Lovina Fisher and her place of birth. Thought to be from Ohio abt 1817.
