I do not know your name or e-mail so am posting it. GROSH Henry I.F. GROSH, b:1836 in Maryland. Son of George W. and Catherine (FISHER)GROSH. Married in 1867 to Marion J. HAYS, daughter of Lewis and Mary (LEWIS)HAYS,of Illinois. In 1873, Henry GROSH came to Kansas,locating in Wichita. Engaged in shoemaking. Became a farmer in 1878, relocating south of Wichita, in Salem twnshp. Said to have been in the War of the Rebellion,and enlisted in 1864, in the First Regiment Maryland Volunteers, Company F,Potomac Brigade. The regiment changed to the Thirteenth Maryland Volunteers and was mustered out in 1865. Any info on Henry I.F. GROSH, or the GROSH line, would be very much appriciated.
