She was born April 4, 1823 in Pennsylvania and died January 10, 1883 in DeKalb County, Indiana. She married Jacob Mortorff on February 22, 1845 in Stark County, Ohio. I believe her mother's name was Catherine (born 1794) and she had a brother named William Fisher (born 1831) based on the 1850 census in DeKalb County. I know nothing more about her parents. On Ancestry's One World Tree, there is a George Fisher (1789-) and Catherine Stock (1794-1862) that is listed with children Phoebe and William (with the correct years), however, I have no more information than this.
