I am just a fellow researcher and was wondering what the item was. It seems to me that the listing is very clear that the item is access to online books and you can download as much of the book as you like. It is like a subscription to Ancesstory .com. Unless I did not understand your complaint I don't think they misrepresent their product. If they gave you the password for access to the online book, that is what you paid for. It does however say that your can get a full refund if you are not satisfied. I am sure it has been more than 3 days though. If you asked for a refund in 3 days and they did not respond I would complain to ebay.
