I came across this information regarding William H. Fisher. I have a certificate from the Orphan's Court that reads as follows: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Washington County, ss. At an Orphan's Court held in Washington in and for said County, on the 9th day of Decemger in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and (blank) before the Judges of the same Court. The petition of William H. Fisher respectfully showeth, that he is minor under the age of fourteen years, and has no person legally authorized to take charge of his person and estate, and therefore pray the court to appoint some suitable person for that purpos; whereupon the Court appoint George Dorsey Guardian of said minor. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court at Washington, this 16th day of December Anno Domini 1874 - James S.
