I ordered 2 books, includingFisher Family Hisatory, from e-bay and paid for them with paypal. I did not get the books. When I filed a complaint with paypal they said they investigated . Then they said because the books were virtual or intangible(whatever that means)they could not recover my money.. I was not warned of this, so I lost my money. I was only $10.00 but how many dollars have they collected without delivery.
