I post inqueries before with no response. Listed on William's death certificate is his father and mother. father being listed as Nathen Fisher born in arkansas mother listed as Fannie Mullen/Muller cant quite read the last letter on death certificate. Any information would be most helpful. It also seems that William might have been married before Dora to a Bella or Della last name unknown. again any information would ne most helpful.
