They are in the 1850 NY census with the following children: Henry C. (about 1840), Sarah Ann (about 1842), Theodore F. (about 1845), Charles D. (1848) and Lucy J. (1850). I have no idea who Lois was; Nathaniel's parents were James and Amy Sheldon Chapman of Plymouth. I have James ancestry if you are interested.
