Author: nean910 Surnames: Fisher Orr Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.fisher/4388.5/mb.ashx Message Board Post: For what it is worth, my paternal grandmother (Blanche Viola Orr) married my Grandfather (Arthur E Fisher) and I understand she had a stillbirth of twin boys before my father (Robert Orr Fisher) was born. Since my grandparents were divorced and my grandmother married again a month before I was born (1949), I have not been able to find information on the Fisher family before Arthur. Both were born in Ohio (according to the three census records I have). My father's second wife also became pregnant with twins, but miscarried before they were viable. Another note of couriosity; My mother (no Fishers in her blood line so far)WAS a twin and I was sure I would have twins, but did not.
