GEORGE, born April 30, 1816, in PA, was married in Sangamon Co., Ill, to Mary Hendricks. They reside in Sumner Co., Kansas. SAMUEL B, born Oct. 27, 1817 LOUISA, born March 4, 1819 WILLIAM, born Feb. 20, 1819 CHARLES, born Dec. 24, 1822 CAROLINE, born Sept. 16, 1824 SUSANNAH, born Sept. 3, 1826 MARY, born Dec. 14, 1828 HANNAH M. born May 14, 1831 KATE JULIA, born March 28, 1835 VICTORIA There is quite a bit of information on some of the children, and just a tad on others. I included what was there on George. You and I have corresponded some years ago. I am also researching a George W. Fisher, born 1800 in (I think!) North Caroline. I had my husband DNA tested and the results showed that he was definitely not German. We had a perfect match with a Fisher living now in California. We have traced our Fishers from Texas, back to Mississippi, possibly Arkansas, and North Carolina. George's eldest son, however, said he was born in Sangamon County, Illinois, in 1823. Unfortunately, nothing matches!! Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
