I have Catherine Fisher marrying John Mathias Berry sometime about the 1790s. Guestimate she was born at or after the end of the American Revolultion in Lincoln Co. Her name may well have been Mary Catherine. Can't link her anywhere - so know nothing more. Only reason I wonder if her name was perhaps Mary Catherine Fisher is because her first granddaugther was named for her - while searching for a Catherine Berry, soon discovered her real name was Mary Catherine Berry. Have been able to track Berry lines back to New England and my Foss lines - so I'm a Berry from two different lines: Foss and Fisher. (They had a thing for F surnames, perhaps?
