We trust, happy in the Lord, Sept. 24, 1875, near Shamokin Dam, Snyder Co., PA., Sister Catharine Fisher aged 57 years and 17 days. Her death was very sudden and unexpected to all. While engaged in preparing breakfast for her family and especially attending to the wants of her sick mother-in-law, and without complaining of being unwell, whe sank to the floor a lifeless corpse. Sister F. embraced religion about thirty years ago, and united with the Evangelical Association, of which she was a worthy and accepteble member till death. She was beloved and respected by all who knew her. She leaves a husband and three children to mourn their loss. Her funeral was attended by a large and deeply affected audience to whom the Rev. B. F.
