Fisher who served in the 104th Infantry of the New York State Volunteers (Civil War). The papers were dated July 17, 1865 and had two signatures, one of Edwin D. Morgan. The other I couldn't make out. The paper was framed and hanging above my head. It is possible that the unit was the 106th or 111th. I couldn't tell because it was handwritten and ink was faint.
