    3. Jim - It doesn't look like there is a connection, but my line of Fishers was also from Baltimore and Baltimore County. Some relatives were from the area of Butler, Maryland, which at the time (there was a question about the location of the Mason-Dixon line) was considered to be part of Pennsylvania. In actuality it is in Northern Baltimore County. I don't have all of the dates handy, but I'll give you a list of names you can compare to yours. Maybe you can find a match somewhere. George Fisher (Naturalized as a citizen of the British Colonies in North America 1764) Originally from Germany. Place of residence shown on naturalization papers as Baltimore County, Maryland. George Washington Fisher (son? grandson? of above) George Washington Fisher, Jr. Edgar (NMI) Fisher (son or brother of above) ca 1849 - ca 1933 - Wife Julia Almina Wells Edgar Wells Fisher - 1890-1949 - Wife Ethyl Young Donald Wells Fisher - 1922 - still living - Wife Doris Redman Laughlin All of these (and some siblings and children) are buried in Loudon Park Cemetary, Baltimore, MD, with the exception of my dad (last on the list), who is still living, and the first George Fisher on the list. Not sure where he is. Family legend has it that George Fisher was a teenaged orphan from Germany. His uncle was an architect of some reknown who corresponded with George Washington and arranged for his nephew to travel to the British colonies here under George Washington's care. Let me know if you find any links because I'm stuck beyond what I can find on the grave markers at Loudon Park.
