He married Margaret E. Coger. Originally the name was Koger. He was born in 1843 and I'm told that he died in 1910. I haven't verified that. I have found him in the 1880 census in Webster Co. Wv. His fathers name is Webster Lewis also. and his mothers name was Tabitha Westfall. I only learned that last week so now I'm researching Westfalls also.
