Richard, My great grandfather was born in Illinois "somewhere" in January 1835. He named his sons George Nicholas, William G. and Eugene Samuel. I have always thought he had to have brothers and sisters but do not know anything about them. I wonder if there could be a relation? What did your William name his children?
