Since we are looking for George Fishers The (uncle) George (Addison?) Fisher in our family is the son of Addison Fisher. Addison was born in Dedham, Mass. in 1821 and died in Algona, Ia in 1902. Addison was my 3x great grandfather and is descended from Anthony Fisher of Dedham. Several siblings to George died in infancy-- and we have connections to many descendants of two sisters who live to adulthood (Who married a father and his eldest son from a first marriage). Fisher is my paternal grandmother and I am trying to trace her family tree. All I know for certain is the following: she was born in Kansas. Her immediate family were: Father-A.B. Fisher, Mother-L. Elizabeth, siblings-{in decending birth order} son-H.M., daughter-Myrtha, son-C.P., son-A.B.Jr., daughter-L.E., son-Earl, daughter-Ollie M., daughter-S.E.. Ollie was born 30 Sep 1887 in Kansas, died 25 Jul 1967 in Monticello, IN. She was married to Frank Edwin Benjamin,Sr. and they had 6 children {all deceased}. According to a 1910 census her mother lived with them at that time. Frank and Ollie spent their entire married lives in and around the White County, IN area. According to the census both of Ollie's parents were born in PA. I have only the initals of her father and 5 of her siblings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. After his mother's death, his father moved the family out to British Columbia and changed their name to Fisher from Stevens.
