He married Maria Dorothea Heiden, daughter of Gustine and Johan Heiden, in Manitowoc on 31 March 1875. They had three children, Louis John, (B. 1877), Ida (B. 1879) and Alma 1881. I am sure they are all connected somehow but checking the 1850 census the George was born about 1838, 10 years younger than he is on the 1860, 1870 and 1880 census. A lot of the names are the same but I have not been able to connect them. I had seen the 1850 census in Alabama and thought they were the same family except for the 10 year gap in age for George. I am pretty sure the George I found in 1860, 1870 & 1880 is my step-great grandfather. His daughter Martha married my great grandfather William Young after his 1st wife died. Alp A is Alex A then on the 1860 census it has Alpheus A. Hirshal is Hirsham or Hirshan I found the family in 1860 United States Federal Census > Texas > Upshur living with another Fisher family and there is also a two other Fisher family on the census. Very possible that Jacob Fisher on this census is Georges father. Also Luke and the other one I can not make out the name but he is married to Elizabeth are most likely Georges brothers. I will look for an 1850 census to see if it confirms my thoughts.
