May have been born abt. 1871, possibly NY area, died of typhoid fever in San Diego, 1909. Buried in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetary, Rescue, CA 1909. May have had a sister Mary/Maria (abt 1833-1889) who married Jacob Zentgraf. She is also buried in St. Michael's cemetary. My g grandfather is Joseph Fischer, came to CA in 1849 w brother George. Maria Fischer/Zentgraf possibly also sister of Joseph and George. Karl Joost
