I have my own Fischer brick wall as well! I have an Andrew Fischer who married Margaritte Mann, both from Germany. They had 9 children: Elizabeth John Silas David Marie Andrew Eliza Catherine Henrietta (my ancestor) Henrietta married Louis Bechtold, also German.
