Lived in Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His name was changed to Fischer by his father when he was younger. I do not know the original name. His parents were either separated or divorced. He know for sure that he had one brother possibly Albert or Alvin? He attended a trade school in the city of Pittsburgh in the early 1950's.
