Johann Matthias FISCHER'S brother, Johann Sebastian Michael FISCHER, arrived in NY in 1708 and then moved into Berks Co, PA where he died abt 1724. Is Johann Matthias FISCHER the John FISHER whose 1739 German original will was lost and never translated or copied in Lancaster Co., PA? Did this Johann Matthias FISCHER have 4 or 5 sons? (1) my David FISHER (b. abt 1700-d.1761 Bethel Twp.,Lancaster [became Lebanon] Co.,PA, md 2nd Anna Mary _?_, children with 1st wife Catherine: Peter FISHER 1758 md Catarina Beckle; Lorentz FISHER (Lawrence?) md 1755 Catarina Boner);George FISHER md 1762 Elizabeth Conrad; and John Jacob FISHER md 1768 Anna Marie Steinman).
