"Mine" is John F Findley - yours is John W Findley. I have repeatedly seen one piece of documentation posted by/linked to multiple folks here on Ancestry *incorrectly* using it to say that "my" John F Findley filed an application (sometime in the mid 1830's as best I can recall,) for what amounted to veterans benefits from his service in the American Revolution. But I've got copies of legal documents that prove John F died in 1825. I can't help but wonder if this John really "belongs" to you. (I've never seen any evidence showing what this John's middle initial/name was, but I KNOW this isn't "my" John.) If I can find the link to it again, I'll be happy to send it to you via pvt msg. Oh, by the way - I came across something else that I believe DOES belong to "your" John W Findley. He lists ancestor names that appear to match up with what you listed below - John W, Wm O, John & Wm. It even lists DOB for John W & his father, which will hopefully match up with info you already have. It even lists a Wm that came from across the pond, & tells what county in Ireland he was from. Sounds like your John & Wm, now doesn't it?? :) This document has also been *incorrectly* linked to "my" John F multiple times. I hope it can end up help you.
