Kirkland married 1st Fred McDonald 22 Oct 1897 Franklin Co. KS and Fred died in a home fire in Franklin Co. KS 1914). In 1918 Delbert is living in Streator, Lasalle Co., IL, nearest relative is Rosie Findley (WW1 Draft Card Registration). 1920 Census, Delbert is in Kansas City, Jackson Co., MO and is a widower. My interest is the possible 2nd wife, Rosa/Rosie. I find that a Rosie Belle Findley F W d. 3 Nov 1918 Streator, La Salle Co. IL; Filed 5 Nov 1918.
