    3. Hi Eileen: Do NOT know if we are related or have MURPHYs in common, AS, ALL I know abt "my" MURPHY is: Michael "Mick" MURPHY and wife, Brigid/Bridget DEVINE are parents of Emily MURPHY who m. John COSTELLO. Emily was baptized/married at St Anthony's RC Church, Centreville (do not know WHICH of the many Centrevilles in CAN this was as yet - am trying to locate a Catholic Church list by town/Co/Province??) John COSTELLO/Emily MURPHY COSTELLO were my paternal grandparents. John COSTELLO was b 1865, d. 1926 Upper Canada (now Horton Twp, Renfrew Co, ONT, CAN). Both Emily and John buried private Costello Family Cemetery Horton Twp. Most of my COSTELLO family desc from Thomas COSTELLO/Mary QUILTER COSTELLO, m. 1821 Ireland, traveled from Trienereaugh, Duagh, Co Kerry IRE in 1825> Ottowa, then Perth, then Upper Canada (Horton Twp, Renf,Ont) to settle there abt 1827-28. Their Son Francis "Frank" COSTELLO m. Agnes CARNEY, Their son John COSTELLO, above. Sorry so limited on my Paternal Grandmother MURPHY; Just begun to do research on her; she was b. 1875, d. 1937. She/John were parents of, not nec in this order, John, Nora, Gertrude, Theresa, Florence, Charles James Arthur MURPHY Joseph (My Dad)=some long name!!, Mary, Thomas. I know there was an ALICE MURPHY, prob Emily's sister. Also believe there was another female sibling of Emily's. Anything sound familiar. Do not know WHERE in Ireland, these MURPHYs of mine come from....but I am on the hunt...My COSTELLOs are well documented/researched to nth degree and on record by Prof Patrick "Paddy" Waldron of Trinity College, Dublin Univ, Dublin, Ireland. Know so little abt my GrandMOTHERs Murphy,Quilter and Carney!! Look fwd to hearing from you.
