Desiree When a person is lost at sea and finally declared dead, which in this case was probably what happened. That person recieves a military funeral and there will be a headstone over his gravesite and it will only be for that one person. The U.S. does not have mass burials. When a persons body is not recovered he still gets his allocated space as though he was there. You should be able to get a location for that gravesite. It may be in the Phillipines but I would venture to say that you will find that grave site in Hawaii. Most of those who were lost in the Phillipine waters are in Hawaii. I hope this helps. Larry
