I realize I'm late on these (between being out of town & then having a stomach flu) but here goes: Francis McGEE; b. abt 1822 in Donegal, according to his dau's birth certificate. Married Helen CASSIDY in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1848. His death certificate lists his father's name as Bernard McGEE. Helen CASSIDY, dau of Michael CASSIDY and Mary GOODWOOD, she was b. in Ediburgh according to her dau's birth certificate. My guess is that her parents were probably from Ireland. Edward James ARTHUR was b in Ireland, according to the 1871 and 1881Scottish census. He was probably born in the mid 1840s, based on his age when he got married. His marriage certificate lists his parents as Edward ARTHUR and Mary HOOD. BJ Hinshaw hinshaw@globalco.net
